The answer is both, and more of our own than of others would be desirable, but you must also be aware that it implies an effort and a schedule for which not all workers are trained.

The own staff has the advantage of being able to interact better with visitors who are already customers, and the hiring of staff outside the company can help in marketing events for visitors to the fair in general: tastings, delivery of merchandising, etc …

The ideal is a combination of the two profiles, depending on the activities that have been programmed in the stand during the days of fair.
